Matchup -- Philadelphia KiXX (7-18) @ Blast (15-11)

Time -- 5:05 p.m.

Radio -- 680 AM

Outlook -- The Blast will try to end a four-game losing streak against the KiXX. It has clinched a playoff spot and is in third place, two games behind Milwaukee with four games left. The Wave helped the Blast yesterday by losing to MISL leader St. Louis, 8-7. Player/interim coach Danny Kelly is concentrating hard on improving the team's defense, which has allowed 26 goals during the skid and struggled at times in Friday's 5-4 loss to California. Joel Bailey, Adauto Neto, David Bascome and Machel Millwood scored in the loss and Carlos Garcia had two assists, but the Blast couldn't hold a fourth-quarter lead. Injuries and offensive problems have hurt Philadelphia, which has averaged a little more than four goals a game - worst in the league.
