Kid Rock

Detroit-native rap-rocker Kid Rock skyrocketed to stardom in 1998 with such hick-hop tunes as "Bawitdaba" and "Cowboy." Since then, Rock has worked to prove that he's an "all-around" musician by participating in live performances on CMT and co-writing acoustic-based ballads with singer/songwriters such as Sheryl Crow. With his new live album Live Trucker on shelves, the Kid's ready to rock the Patriot Center at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., tomorrow night. Show time is 8 p.m. Tickets are $39.
