The Bank of Glen Burnie appointed Michael C. Schutt as vice president of commercial lending for the Anne Arundel County institution. He has been with the bank for 17 years.

First Horizon appointed Charles Black as president of its Baltimore metropolitan banking operation.

Stella Maris appointed Tracey Veihmeyer as director of development, and Jennifer Casper-Bourgeois as director of the senior day care center at the Baltimore County rehabilitation, recovery and long term-care facility.

The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Charitable Foundation named Lanell Patrick director of development.

Professional services

Cochran, Stephenson & Donkervoet Inc. appointed Jacob Panikar as a senior associate of the Baltimore-based architectural firm.

RWD Technologies said David P. Dougherty joined its enterprise learning solutions group as senior director of public sector sales.

Real estate

Trammell Crow Co., the Baltimore-based commercial real estate leasing firm, selected Gene Dykes as development manager, supervising construction management of new development projects. It also named Jessica Buchta as a project manager. She will handle construction management for tenant and capital improvements.

Ashley Custom Homes appointed Deni Tabor as chief operating officer for the homebuilder and real estate development company based in Baltimore.
