On Thursday, March 9, 2006, ANNE LIVINGSTON (nee Anne L. Palmer) SINCLAIR-SMITH, age 94, of Baltimore; beloved wife of the late Dr. Bruce Cooper Sinclair-Smith, who completed post graduate studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Emeritus Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine; devoted mother of Susanne Palmer Sinclair-Smith, of Washington, DC; loving daughter of the late Jessie Loeffler and the late Edward L. Palmer, who was the Main Project Architect for the Roland Park Co., Developers of Homeland, Roland Park, Guilford, and Dundalk. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 1, at Broadmead Retirement Community, 18301 York Road, beginning at 11 A.M., immediately followed by a gathering and celebration of Anne's remarkable and loving life to be held at the Holly House at Broadmead. Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service at the Druid Ridge Cemetery on Sunday April 2 at 11 A.M. Arrangements by Peaceful Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Center, P.A.
