Lunch with the elephants
Watch as 10 elephants devour a vegetarian treat of 1,000 apples, 1,100 oranges, 500 heads of lettuce, 700 bananas, 500 carrots and 20 loaves of Italian bread at noon today. This time each year, Lexington Mar ket (400 W. Lexington St. in the south parking lot) hosts Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus' elephants for lunch. In addition to watching the elephants chow down, visi tors can enjoy circus clowns and Dixieland music by Carl Radcliff and Friends. Admission is free. Information: 410-685-6169.
