1970: Trial of H. Rap Brown

The trial of 1960s-era militant H. Rap Brown on charges stemming from a night of rioting in Cambridge during the summer of 1967 was moved to Ellicott City from Bel Air after a Harford County judge removed himself from the case March 18, 1970.
