Eisner Communications announced that Danielle Sadowski has joined the Baltimore ad agency as the search marketing/affiliate manager. She will develop search marketing campaigns and assist with expanding the agency's affiliate network.

Banking and finance

SunTrust Bank, Maryland appointed Leroy T. Tillery II as a vice president within the regional bank's business banking sector. He is assigned to the Glen Burnie office.

Defense

Northrop Grumman Corp. appointed Brian J. Morra as sector vice president of business development and strategic planning and Chineta K. Davis as vice president, multirole electronically scanned array programs. Both are in the defense contractor's Electronic Systems sector in Linthicum.

Education

Educate Inc. named Jinny Goldstein as vice president of education and strategy of the products division of the Baltimore-based educational services company.

Legal and insurance

DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP elevated the following partners: Brooks R. Amiot, labor and employment law, Holly Drumheller Butler, litigation practice, Keli B. Isaacson, corporate and securities practice and Paolo Morante, government affairs practice. All four are in the Baltimore office of the international law firm.

Kantor, Winegrad & Hess LLC admitted Paul Anthony O'Meehan to the Owings Mills-based law firm as an associate in its real estate and corporate law practice group.

On the board

Concentia Digital Inc. appointed James B. Astrachan to the Maryland-based technology and service consulting company's board of directors.

Baltimore International College appointed Charles J. Nabit as chairman of the board of trustees of the culinary school.

Professional services

George, Miles & Buhr LLC appointed A. Reggie Mariner as director of engineering in the firm's Salisbury office and Aaron T. Briggs as an associate of the Eastern Shore engineering company.

PB PlaceMaking, the Baltimore-based community development and transportation integration unit of Parsons Brinckerhoff, announced that Marsha Kaiser was named as urban planning and public policy practice leader.

Acme Paper & Supply Co. appointed Debra Jeter-Thomas as marketing communications manager for the Savage-based distributor of service supplies, restaurant equipment and retail and industrial packaging.

Real estate

The Shelter Group appointed Cheryl Rodriquez as assistant vice president. She is responsible for development and execution of special projects. Joy Zalaznick was named director of training and marketing and Tracie Neuheimer was promoted to regional manager for the Baltimore-based apartment community developer and management company.
