Delmarva Data Center, an Easton-based company that provides core-banking, office and item processing services to financial institutions, acquired Enterprise Technology Alliance of Milton, Pa.

Expansions

Northeastern Supply Inc. will open a new outlet in Dulles, Va., Monday. The Baltimore-based company is a distributor of plumbing, heating, electrical and hardware products to the construction industry.

MRA Property Management Inc., an Abingdon-headquartered firm that provides management services to condominium, homeowner and community associations, has expanded into the Delaware/Maryland Eastern Shore market with the opening of offices in Georgetown, Del.

On the board

Alicia Harvey-Smith, a dean at the Community College of Baltimore County, has been chosen for a seat on the board of the American Conference of Academic Deans.

Opening

Allen Schiff, a former partner in the national business advisory firm of Smart & Associates, announced the formation and opening of Schiff & Associates LLC, a new accounting, consulting and business advisory firm with headquarters in Towson.

Relocations

Cornerstone Financial LLP, formerly Thomas Associates LLP, consultants in the areas of executive compensation plans, estate planning, personal insurance, employee benefits and retirement funding, moved to 1 E. Franklin St. in the Mount Vernon neighborhood.

CIO Solutions Inc., an information technology consulting firm, moved to larger quarters at 9433 Common Brook Road in Owings Mills.

Training

Associated Builders & Contractors' Baltimore chapter is accepting applications for apprenticeship training in many of its building trades programs.
