On Tuesday, February 28, 2006, MR. LLOYD S. ROBERTS, beloved husband of Gertrude L. (nee Henry) Roberts, beloved son of Lloyd and Vernell (nee Williams) Roberts. Devoted brother of Wanda D. Roberts, Claude D. Roberts and the late Mary A. Roberts. Also survived by a step-son Steven and two nieces Keonna and Kyesha. Friends may call at the LOUDON PARK FUNERAL HOME, 3620 Wilkens Ave., on Monday, March 6, from 11:00 til 12 noon at which time Services will begin. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery.2006, PHILIP E. SCOTT, JR., age 83, of Lumberton, NJ, former President of Samuel Kirk and Son (later Kirk-Stieff), maker of fine silver, based in Baltimore, former chairman and CEO of The Burns & Russell Co., a Baltimore manufacturer of building materials and finally working with Baltimore based Abell Foundation, his wisdom and financial acumen were invaluable in helping to create and save manufacturing jobs in Baltimore City. Additionally, he was active in the affairs of the Second Presbyterian Church. Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Margaret C. (nee Trucksess); their two children, Meg Woolmington and husband Rob of North Bennington, Vermont and Philip A. Scott and wife Lindsay of Maplewood, N.J.; and seven grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to his Memorial Service, Saturday, March 4th, 11 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church, Riverton & Bridgeboro Roads., Moorestown, NJ 08057. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the church at the above address or to the Shepherd's Clinic, 2800 Kirk Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21218.
