This restaurant left the tomatoes and sour cream in containers on the side, and laid strips of lettuce on top of the burrito. It's a great idea, because it kept the burrito, $7.62, from getting too soggy. But the tortilla was wrapped so tight we couldn't put the toppings on without tearing it, and had to add them on the end as we ate.

FOR THE RECORD - The ground beef burrito from Burritos en Fuego written about in last week's Takeout food column included the restaurant's Diablo hot sauce, which we ordered but did not properly identify. The burrito comes with a choice of mild, medium or its hottest sauce, the Diablo.
