Provident Bank appointed Christopher R. Rahl, senior counsel, legal and compliance division, and William C. O'Connor, credit officer in its credit administration division, as senior vice presidents in those units. The Baltimore-based regional bank also named Mildred S. Probst as a vice president in the bank's operations division.

Anne Arundel Community College appointed Laura E. Weidner as executive director of its Center for Workforce Solutions in Severna Park.

GeneChoice Inc., based in Frederick, named Ronald Berzofsky president of the Kemp Biotechnologies Inc. subsidiary.

Mosaic Community Services named Michelle Fronduti as marketing coordinator for the Baltimore-area behavioral health services company.

Seyfarth Shaw LLP appointed Heather L. Pitz to the Washington law firm's government contract practice group.

Schnabel Engineering Inc. said Jeffrey Nelson joined the Glen Allen, Va., regional geotechnical engineering firm as senior associate at its Gaithersburg office.

Kirk Halpin & Associates PA admitted Brian Rosenberg to the Clarksville law firm as an associate. He will focus his practice on commercial real estate financing transactions.

KLNB LLC electedKeith Barnett, Devin Corini, David Fritz and Mark Tasker as partners of the Towson-headquartered commercial real estate services company. Also, Simon S. Najar was named a corporate staff accountant.

84 Lumber announced that Torran Harper, Baltimore, and Tom Kellough, Aberdeen, joined the national building supplies chain as manager trainees.
