Animal board -- The Baltimore County Animal Hearing Board will meet to hear seven cases at 9:30 a.m. in Room 106 at the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson. 410-887-5964.

Community meeting -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a community meeting regarding Sarwar Landing for seven single-family dwellings at 7 p.m. at White Marsh Library, 8133 Sandpiper Circle. 410-887-3321.

Development conferences -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a development plan conference regarding Cillians Crossing for 24 townhouses at 9 a.m. in Room 123, County Office Building.
