COLLEGE PARK -- For the first time this season, the Maryland men's basketball team collapsed before a home crowd, leaving empty seats at Comcast Center before the game ended and coach Gary Williams "disgusted."
The Terps (14-6, 4-3 Atlantic Coast Conference) had one of their worst performances of the season on both sides of the ball, letting a halftime lead slip away in last night's 77-62 loss to North Carolina (13-5, 4-3).
