On January 8, 2006, PHEBE S. MARSHALL, beloved wife of the late Joseph W. von Hagel; loving mother of W. Jeffrey and his wife Cynthia von Hagel; dear sister of Marcia L. Marshall; grandmother of Lori Bree De Moss and Lyndsay Blair von Hagel. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Services at the family owned Evans Chapel of Memories - Parkville, on Friday at 1 P.M. Visiting, Thursday, 2 to 6 P.M. Interment, Crest Lawn Cemetery.
