New England has clinched division title.

AFC North

Cincinnati has clinched division title.

Pittsburgh can clinch wild-card berth with:

1) A win or tie.

2) A Kansas City loss or tie.

3) A San Diego win.

AFC South

Indianapolis has the clinched division title and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.

Jacksonville has clinched wild-card berth.

AFC West

Denver has clinched division title and first-round bye.

Kansas City can clinch wild-card berth with:

1) A win, a Pittsburgh loss and a San Diego loss or tie.

NFC East

New York Giants have clinched playoff berth.

New York Giants can clinch division title with:

1) A win or tie.

2) A Washington loss or tie.

Dallas can clinch wild-card berth with:

1) A win and a Washington loss or tie.

2) A win and a Carolina loss.

3) A win, Tampa Bay loss and N.Y. Giants loss (N.Y. Giants and Dallas clinch strength of victory tiebreaker over Tampa Bay)

4) A tie and Washington loss.

Washington can clinch division title with:

1) A win and N.Y. Giants loss.

Washington can clinch playoff berth with:

1) A win or a Dallas loss.

2) A tie and a Dallas tie.

NFC North

Chicago has clinched division and first-round bye.

NFC South

Carolina can clinch division with:

1) A win and a Tampa Bay loss or tie.

2) A tie and a Tampa Bay loss.

Carolina can clinch playoff berth with:

1) A win or tie.

2) Dallas loss or tie.

3) Washington loss or tie.

Tampa Bay can clinch division title with:

1) A win or a Carolina loss.

2) A tie and a Carolina tie.

Tampa Bay can clinch playoff berth with:

1) A tie.

2) Dallas loss or tie.

3) Washington loss or tie.

4) N.Y. Giants win or tie.

5) Tampa Bay clinches strength of victory tiebreaker over Dallas or N.Y. Giants.

NFC West

Seattle has clinched division title, a first-round bye and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Note: Arizona, Atlanta, Ravens, Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, Green Bay, Houston, Miami, Minnesota, New Orleans, N.Y. Jets, Oakland, Philadelphia, St. Louis, San Diego, San Francisco and Tennessee have been eliminated from playoff contention.
