Wachovia Securities appointed Ehab Selim as a financial adviser in its Baltimore office. The Towson University graduate was formerly with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Stella Maris Inc. named Jerome F. Bowen chief operating officer of the Dulaney Valley nursing, rehabilitation, hospice and extended care facility.

CNSI named Bruce Greenstein vice president of health care product and market development for the Rockville-based provider of information technology solutions.
