Two 14-year-old Elkridge boys have been charged with spray-painting swastikas on 10 vehicles and garage doors in an Elkridge neighborhood this month.

Both teens, whose names were not released because of their age, were charged with 10 counts of destruction of property, 10 counts of committing a property crime for ethnic reasons and a conspiracy charge. Police said they received a tip that led to the teens' arrest on Wednesday.

A police spokesman said the teens would receive disciplinary action in the juvenile system.
