JOHN A. WILLINGER, 80, of 112 Dogwood Drive, Mt. Holly Springs, died Tuesday at his residence and formerly of Dundalk, MD. He was born November 18, 1925 in Baltimore, MD to the late Joseph and Hazel Howard Willinger. He retired as a foreman with Bethlehem Steel after 31 years. He was a member of St. Rita's Roman Catholic Church in Dundalk, MD, a Marine Corps veteran of WWII serving in the South Pacific. He was also a member of the V.F.W. Post #2678 of Edgenere, MD. John was the widower of the late Florence A. Willinger who died March 24, 1991. He is survived by two sons: David Willinger and his wife Karen of Mt. Holly Springs and John Patrick Willinger and his wife Diane of Gaithersburg, MD. Also three grandchildren Mary Beth, Bob, and Ryan all of Gaithersburg, MD. Memorial services will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, December 31, 2005 in the Mt. Holly Springs United Methodist Church, 202 W. Butler Street, Mt. Holly Springs with the Reverend Lisa K. Klinger officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the American Lung Association for Research, 3001 Old Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., of Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
