Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Arrest -- James Thomas Dinkins, 33, of the 2900 block of Violet Ave., was charged yesterday with first-degree murder in the shooting of Michael Bryant, 22, on Nov. 10 in the 3700 block of Tudor Arms Ave. At the time of his arrest, Dinkins was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center on an unrelated offense.


Arrest -- Ronald Wilkes, 32, of the 2800 block of W. Lanvale St., was arrested yesterday in the 5000 block of Clifton Ave. by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder. Wilkes is accused of shooting Carrington McNutt, 18, in the 2800 block of W. Lafayette Ave. on June 17. Wilkes was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center.


Arrest -- Dyguan Glover, of the 1500 block of Northbourne Road, was arrested Wednesday in the 2500 block of E. Northern Parkway on warrants charging him with two counts of attempted murder. Glover, 25, is charged with shooting a girl and a boy, both 14, on Dec. 2 in the 3600 block of The Alameda. Police had no motive for the shootings.


Armed robbery -- A 26-year-old male motorist was stopped at a stop sign in the 2300 block of Wilkens Ave. about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday when a man armed with a knife cut him on the face after robbing him of $7.


Burglary -- Someone entered a building in the 3500 block of Boston St. Wednesday and stole a laptop computer, a digital camera and tools - all valued at $2,730.

Burglary -- Welding equipment and tools worth more than $1,500 were stolen from a house under renovation in the 2500 block of Hudson St. between Nov. 28 and Wednesday.

Baltimore County


Robbery -- A woman, 51, was walking in the 6300 block of York Road about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday when she was assaulted by two men who stole her purse, $33 and a cell phone.


Robbery -- Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who entered McDonald's in the 500 block of Cranbrook Road about 8 p.m. Wednesday, ordered several employees and customers onto the floor and fled moments later with an undisclosed sum of money.


Robbery -- A woman was walking in the 900 block of Edmondson Ave. about 7 p.m. Wednesday when she was robbed of her wallet containing $30 by a man who implied he had a handgun.

Robbery -- Police were seeking a gunman who robbed McDonald's in the 3200 block of Washington Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money about 9:40 p.m. Wednesday.


Burglary -- A TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a snow blower and a leaf blower were stolen from a house in the 100 block of Chartley Drive between Nov. 7 and Monday.
