Breast-feeding group -- A breast-feeding group meets from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Family Birthplace, Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Registration is not required. 800-515-0044.

Infant CPR -- Upper Chesapeake Medical Center's Family Birthplace will offer a free infant CPR class from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 18. 800-515-0044.

Maternity ward -- Upper Chesapeake Medical Center's Family Birthplace will hold a maternity unit tour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Dec. 20. 800-515-0044.

Screenings

Blood pressure -- Screenings will be offered at Harford County senior centers from 10 a.m. to noon tomorrow in Edgewood and Wednesday in Bel Air; and at Klein's Super Market at Beard's Hill Plaza from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday. 800-515-0044.

Colonoscopies -- The Harford County Health Department will provide free colonoscopies to residents who meet program guidelines. 443-643-0350.

Women's screenings -- The Harford County Health Department provides free mammograms and gynecological screenings for women ages 40 to 64 who meet income requirements and are uninsured or underinsured. 443-643- 0350.

Discounted screenings -- HealthLink Community Wellness Center, a service of Upper Chesapeake Health, offers cholesterol screenings for $10, osteoporosis screenings for $15 and a full cardiac risk assessment for $20 (cash only). Blood pressure and body composition are checked at no cost. Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays and noon to 4 p.m. Thursdays. 800-515-0044.

Support groups

Heart club -- A support group for cardiac patients and their families will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. 800-515-0044.

Prostate cancer -- A support group for men with prostate cancer will meet from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. 800-515-0044.

Perinatal bereavement -- Upper Chesapeake Health will offer a support group for parents who have experienced the loss of an infant, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. 800-515-0044.

Lupus -- A support group for patients with lupus and their family and friends will meet at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center at 7 p.m. Dec. 12. 800-515-0044.

Cancer patients -- The American Cancer Society will sponsor a "Look Good, Feel Better" program for cancer patients from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 13 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. The program will provide make-up and hair techniques to combat the effects of treatment. 800-515-0044.

Bariatric surgery -- A support group for those who have had bariatric surgery and their families will meet at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 at Harford Memorial Hospital. 800-515-0044.

Depression -- A support group for those diagnosed with affective disorders such as depression or manic depression and their families will meet at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 and 28 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. 800-515-0044.

Stroke club -- A support group for stroke patients and their families will meet at 7 p.m. tomorrow and 10:30 a.m. Dec. 21 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. 800-515-0044.

Food Addicts in Recovery -- The group meets from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturdays in the Fallston Room of Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. 877-805-2823.

Assistance
