Does Paul Konerko's rejection of the Orioles indicate problems for this offseason?

As always, the Orioles offered just enough money to trick their fans into thinking they were actually trying. ... Nobody wants to play for these losers.

Yes. Most high caliber, quality baseball players want to be with consistent winning teams. The Orioles don't fit that description, and probably never will as long as Peter Angelos owns them.

It means the same, old substandard pitching and plug-in players and rejects from other teams. Nobody of any ilk wants to come here anymore.
