Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Arrest -- Patrick Howell of the 4400 block of Bowley's Lane was arrested yesterday afternoon at a state parole and probation field office in the city by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder and a handgun violation. Howell, 22, is accused of shooting William Delrio, 34, early Sunday in the 4100 block of Eierman Ave. Howell was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center.


Robbery/arrest -- Eric Porter, 22, was arrested yesterday at his home in the 1100 block of N. Carrollton St. on a warrant charging him with the armed robbery June 4 of a man in the 800 block of Hollins St.


Robbery/arrest -- A 26-year-old Kingsville resident was walking in the 1700 block of Aisquith St. about 4 p.m. Monday when a man who implied having a handgun robbed him of $10 and a cell phone valued at $159. Moments later, police arrested Keyon Brown, 20, of the 1500 block of Holbrook St., and charged him with armed robbery.

Stolen vehicle -- A white, two-door 1993 Ford Thunderbird with tags 4AT N36 was stolen Monday in the 2800 block of Ashland Ave.


Shooting -- Police responding to a report of a shooting in the 3400 block of W. Saratoga St. about 7:30 p.m. Monday found a 22-year-old man lying in the rear yard of a house and bleeding from a wound to the left leg. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Theft -- Two headrests were stolen Monday from a 1992 Infiniti Q45 parked in the 400 block of Thornfield Road.

Robbery -- A deliveryman for an Asian food carryout was returning to his car in the 200 block of S. Wickham Road about 9:30 p.m. Monday when he was robbed of more than $100 by a man who implied he had a weapon.


Stolen vehicle -- A brown 1984 Ford pickup truck with tags 72R 449 was stolen in the 100 block of N. Monroe St. between Nov. 16 and Monday.

Baltimore County


Robbery -- A pizza deliveryman for Papa John's was leaving an apartment building in the 600 block of Lanoitan Road on Monday night when he was robbed of $90 by two men, one armed with a knife.

North Point

Burglary -- Two motorcycles and a mini-bike - all valued at nearly $5,000 - were stolen Monday from a shed in the 3100 block of Lynch Road.


Robbery -- Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who robbed a 27-year-old man of a diamond ring and a cell phone at English Oak and Collinsdale roads about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.


Burglary -- Power tools valued at nearly $2,000 were stolen over the weekend from a storage area at Odyssey Moving & Storage in the 4700 block of Hollins Ferry Road.

Arson -- Someone set fire to an exterior door at Baltimore Highlands Elementary School in the 4200 block of Annapolis Road on Sunday morning.


Burglary -- Someone entered the storage yard at Ed & Jim's Body Shop in the 8900 block of Audrey Ave. over the weekend and broke into at least three cars. The intruder was viewed on a surveillance camera, and was being sought.
