GIRLS

STATS -- The sophomore wrapped up a big season by finishing ninth in the state meet as the Mustangs girls took third place overall in Class 4A. Bailey won the North regional race and also took the Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference meet, edging teammate Megan Ravenscraft each time. Bailey also captured the UCBAC Chesapeake Division race. She figures to be one of the state's top runners next year.

SIDELINES -- Bailey has developed into one of the state's most consistent runners. She was a first-team All-Harford County pick last fall and a second-team All-Metro selection.
