Social Services Executive Board -- Will meet at 4 p.m. at the Department of Social Services, 7121 Gateway Drive, Columbia.

Thanksgiving Day -- County offices, courts, libraries, the animal shelter and landfill are closed. Thursday trash routes will be collected Friday; Thursday recycling routes will be picked up Dec. 1.
