Because of incorrect information provided by the state prosecutor's office, an article yesterday misstated the name of a business run by Gonzalo O. Garcia, who faces criminal charges in connection with a city schools corruption scandal. Garcia operates Gonzalo HVACR Co.

An article yesterday on the Chesapeake Youth Center gave the wrong location for the Eastern Shore psychiatric facility. It is located in Cambridge.

A photo caption yesterday incorrectly reported the condition of two houses struck by a tanker truck in the 2800 block of N. Howard St. A spokesman for the city housing department said that the adjoining rowhouses did not have damage that called into question their structural integrity.

A photo that ran with the "On Television" page topper on page 6E of yesterday's Today section was misidentified as Tupac Shakur.
