Banking and Finance

SunTrust Bank, Maryland appointed Fred E. Branscome Jr. senior vice president and team leader in the business banking section of the regional bank. He supervises several business bankers and banking relationship managers.

PSA Financial Center appointed Edward J. Kushlis senior vice president for business development at the Lutherville-based investment and financial advisory firm. Formerly with Deloitte & Touche, he is a graduate of St. Francis College and a certified public accountant.

Health Care

Good Samaritan Hospital said Patricia Dodd joined the Northeast Baltimore MedStar Health facility as vice president for development. The Timonium resident is a University of Maryland graduate and was with the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

Professional Services

SB&Co. LLC said Deborah A. Flavin joined the accounting and business advisory firm as a senior manager. Formerly with the Reznick Group, she is a certified public accountant.

Oasis Design Group named Christopher Moore to the staff of the Fells Point-based landscape architecture and design firm as an associate landscape architect. The Annapolis resident is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a certified construction specifier.

The Baltimore Boat Show appointed Tara Dakin as sales manager. Formerly with Bethesda-based Apartment Shoppers Guide, the Annapolis resident is responsible for marketing exhibit space for the January event.

Eye Byte Solutions LLC announced that Eduardo Veguilla has joined the staff of the Baltimore design firm. He formerly was art director at M&S Marketing Graphics Inc. and served on the faculty of the School of Fine Arts of Puerto Rico.

Structural Preservation Systems named Doug Horvath as division manager of the Baltimore-based specialty contracting firm's GeoStructural Division.
