Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Shooting -- An 18-year-old was reported in critical condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after an unknown assailant shot him in the right eye early yesterday. The victim, a resident of the 2000 block of Robb St. whose name was withheld, was found in the driver's seat of a 2001 Chevrolet Impala parked in the 2700 block of W. Franklin St. about 3:10 a.m. by officers responding to a reported shooting.


Arrest -- Milton Randall, 19, was arrested yesterday at his home in the 4000 block of Edgewood Road by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on warrants charging him with attempted murder and armed robbery. Randall is accused of shooting Seong Lee, 35, during a robbery at Pro Beauty Supply in the 3500 block of Dolfield Ave. about 1 p.m. on Oct. 18.

Shooting -- Police were seeking two men in the shooting about 7 p.m. Tuesday of a 24-year-old man in the 3700 block of Yosemite Ave. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.


Theft -- An air compressor valued at $700 was stolen Tuesday from a 1984 Ford F-150 pickup truck parked in the 200 block of S. Monroe St.

Burglary -- Power tools valued at $450 were stolen Wednesday from a house under renovation in the 1200 block of W. Lombard St.

Theft -- The tires and wheels of a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu were stolen Wednesday while the vehicle was parked on a lot in the 300 block of Patapsco Ave. The equipment was valued at $500.

Burglary -- Someone entered St. John's Lutheran Church in the 200 block of Washburn Ave. through a window Wednesday and removed food from the kitchen.

Baltimore County

Robbery -- A 65-year-old man was walking in the first block of Fontana Lane about noon Wednesday when he was robbed of $100 by a teenager who implied he was armed with a handgun.

Burglary -- Police were seeking three boys who entered a yard in the 5800 block of N. Hazelwood Ave. Wednesday and tried to steal a bike but were scared off by the home's occupant.


Robbery -- A man robbed Royal Farms in the 9600 block of Pulaski Highway of more than $100 and a $2 pair of gloves about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Burglary -- A camcorder, jewelry and cash were stolen Wednesday from a house in the first block of Cherrywood Court. The loss was estimated at $3,000.

Arson -- About noon Wednesday, someone set fire to the contents of a trash can in a boys' bathroom at Chesapeake High School on Turkey Point Road. Damage was confined to the container.


Home invasion -- Police were seeking three men, one armed with a handgun, who forced their way into a house in the 3600 block of Annapolis Road about 4 a.m. Wednesday, looking for a man believed living there. When the man was not found, the trio fled.


Burglary -- A fax machine was stolen Wednesday from a house in the first block of Pendragon Court by someone who entered through a rear sliding glass door.
