Anne C. Ventura, 83, secretary, homemaker

Anne Condon Ventura, a homemaker and secretary died Monday at Greater Baltimore Medical Center of a cerebral hemorrhage. The Towson resident was 83.

Anne Condon was born in Victor, N.Y., and her family moved to the Walbrook section of Baltimore in 1925. She attended St. Cecilia's Parochial High School and graduated from Western High School in 1940.

She worked as a legal secretary for the law firm of Jacob & Goldstein before marrying Dr. Michael H. Ventura in 1948.

Once married, Mrs. Ventura was a homemaker, taking care of their three children, and spent almost 40 years bookkeeping for her husband's dental office.

Mrs. Ventura enjoyed duckpin bowling, bridge and golf. She was a member of Hillendale Country Club.

A funeral Mass was offered Friday.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Michael G. Ventura of Towson, Patrick J. Ventura of Crofton and Robert J. Ventura of Eldersburg; and four grandchildren.
