Baltimore

Western

Officers assaulted/arrest -- Officers Angela Choi and Michael Maurice were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center, each for a broken arm sustained in attempting to arrest a man on drug charges after a car stop in the 1600 block of Clifton Ave. about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday. Charged with assaulting the officers and possession of marijuana was Troy Jones, 43, of the first block of Half Penny Road in Woodlawn. He was treated at Bon Secours Hospital for minor injuries.

Southeastern

Arrests -- Police stopped a car about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 3100 block of E. Pratt St. that fit the description of a car leaving the scene of a nearby shooting and arrested the three occupants. Charged with possession of a .44-caliber handgun and narcotics were John Satterfield, 30, of the 200 block of Center Place in Dundalk; Raymond Brantley, 21, of the 900 block of S. Clinton St.; and Jerry Moore, 18, of the 2700 block of E. Baltimore St. They were not charged in the shooting, however.

Parkville

Burglary/arrest -- Police investigating the burglary of a High's store the 3300 block of E. Joppa Road early Tuesday, during which 100 scratch-off lottery tickets were taken, observed a man in possession of tickets. Charged with burglary was John Mott, 44, of no fixed address.
