PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- From Navy's vantage point, the replays didn't turn out OK.

Two rulings, one that overturned a key fumble recovery and a second that let stand an incomplete pass, blunted a comeback by the Midshipmen yesterday and secured a 31-21 victory by Rutgers that made the Scarlet Knights (6-2) eligible for postseason play for the first time since 1992.
