On October 25, 2005, JOSEPH EDWARD; beloved husband of the late Florence Herbert; loving father of Vernon A. Bell, Sr. He is also survived by two grandsons, one great-grandson, daughter-in-law Jacqueline E. Bell, two sisters-in-law, Barbara Brooks and Martha Hollis, one brother-in-law Ananias Brooks, four nieces, Dr. Marguerite Johnson, Jo Sandra Milburn, Doris and Delores Herbert, nephew, Norris Milburn and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
