MRS. JENNIE SAMPSON PERKINS, entered into rest Thursday, October 27, 2005 in Lake Crossing Health Center; Appling, GA. The widow of the late Mr. Edison M. Perkins, Sr. Mrs. Perkins was born in London, England; a retired seamstress, she was the union representative for I.L.G.W.U. in Baltimore. She passed away on the occasion of her 100th Birthday. Family members are one daughter, Sheila Thompson, of Grovetown, GA., two step-sons, Edison M. Perkins, Jr. and Andrew Perkins, Jr., both of Baltimore, MD., three grandchildren, Kimberly Tarrant, Capt. Windsor D. Thompson, III and David Perkins and one great-grandson, Phillip Tarrant. The family will receive friends (TODAY) from 11:00 to 12:00 noon at the Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Rd., Martinez, GA. (706) 863-6747. Florist: Saturday 9:00 A.M. Graveside Services will be held (TODAY) October 29, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. in Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bobby Coleman officiating. Family and friends will meet at the grave.
