What's the point? -- Frappr (short for "Friend Mapper") lets groups see at a glance where their members are. Online communities can see how their members spread across the country, high school graduating classes can see how people have scattered (that's the idea that inspired the site in the first place) and so on.

What to look for -- Start a map for your group, have each person put in their name or nickname, ZIP code and a comment, and - poof! - you've got a visual of your group's geography.
