Carroll County commissioners -- 9:30 a.m. meeting for an open community discussion in Room 300 of the County Office Building. Sitting as the Board of Health at 10 a.m., commissioners will discuss the Flumist program and flu clinics, Road Map to Preparedness, disaster preparedness, anti-rabies clinics, MTBE regulations, water and wastewater capacity issues, and environmental and land use issues. A hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on an appeal of a vicious-animal determination by the Humane Society.
