Notes

(1) This calendar contains the potential for 188 student days - eight more than the state minimum requirement of 180 days. The eight additional days may be used to make up for school days lost because of inclement weather or other emergencies.

(2) Any of the dates listed at the end of the school year (June 12-16) not needed as inclement weather or emergency makeup days will be dropped and the last day of the school year will be adjusted accordingly. In addition, if a sixth makeup day is required, April 18 will be used; if a seventh makeup day is needed, March 28 will be used; and, if an eighth makeup day is needed, April 13 will be used. The school year will not exceed 180 days for students and 190 days for teachers; the last day of the school year for teachers will be adjusted accordingly after the last day for students.

(3) Tentative; possible unavailability of the Towson Center might require adjustment of all Harford graduation dates.
