WILLIAM H. OLIVER, 86, beloved husband and father and grandfather died October 19, 2005. He was born September 29, 1919 in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Oliver served in the United States Navy during WWII as a metalsmith for the PBY aircraft. He was a service engineer for Simplex Time Recorder Corporation for 30 years. His accomplishments were Sunday school teacher, judo instructor for the Boy Scouts, drama, and auxiliary patrolman for Little Falls, NJ, photographer and artist. Mr. Oliver served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Hendersonville, North Carolina and supported the local Hillsboro, food pantry. He also had a passion for sailing and fishing. Mr. Oliver is survived by his wife of 62 years Helen Oliver, three children -- Susan Debuys, Christine Hahn, and Richard Oliver. He had eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at The Hillsboro United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 22 at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hillsboro United Methodist Church, P.O.
