The Coppin State men's basketball team is scheduled to play seven teams that advanced to the NCAA tournament last season.

Coppin State will tip off the season Nov. 13 against Charlotte at the Black Coaches Association Invitational in Laramie, Wyo.

The opener marks a string of 14 consecutive road or neutral-site games to start the season for the Eagles.

A highlight of the schedule includes a trip to face last year's national runner-up, Illinois, on Dec. 18.

Coppin will also visit UCLA (Dec. 4), Oklahoma (Dec. 10), Pittsburgh (Dec. 21), Michigan (Dec. 28) and Michigan State (Dec. 31).
