Greater Baltimore Medical Center appointed as clinical nurse managers Sally Dawn Bashaar, post-anesthesia care; Linda Custis, medical/psychiatric unit; and Dawn Smith-Walsh, newborn nursery.

Nelson Coleman Jewelers said John Rinker joined the Towson firm as its on-site jeweler and designer.
