Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Suspect sought -- A warrant has been issued charging Jordan Christopher Morgan, 18, of the 2700 block of Baker St., with first-degree murder in the shooting of Abdul-Bahiri Muhammad, 17, about 9 p.m. Sept. 22 during a robbery attempt outside Mondawmin Mall. Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest.


Arrest -- A man was arrested late Saturday and charged with assaulting two women and a man at Admiral's Cup bar in the 1600 block of Thames St. that evening. Ronald Glacken, 35, a city firefighter, of the 1400 block of Decatur St., was accused of bumping a barmaid, biting a man on the left arm and striking a woman in the head - she was reported in stable condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital after falling unconscious to the floor.

Robbery -- A 29-year-old Carroll County woman was walking in the 2400 block of Boston St. about 10 p.m. Sunday when two men, one armed with a knife, robbed her of $10.


Shooting -- Two men were arguing in a house in the 1700 block of N. Washington St. about 5 a.m. Sunday when one shot the other in the left hand. The victim, 33, was treated at Union Memorial Hospital's Curtis National Hand Center.

Stolen vehicle -- A green 1994 Plymouth Sundance with tags 9BE L94 was stolen Sunday in the 300 block of N. Gay St.

Stolen vehicle -- A white 1998 Dodge van with tags M899290 was stolen Sunday in the 1000 block of N. Central Ave.


Burglary -- A mountain bike valued at $2,500 and a set of keys were stolen Sunday from a house in the 1200 block of Hull St.

Theft -- A cell phone, several CDs and a camera - all worth $700 - were stolen Sunday from a 2001 Jeep Cherokee parked in the 1700 block of Covington St.

Burglary -- Tools valued at $400 were stolen Sunday from a shed in the 3000 block of Mardel Ave.

Baltimore County


Burglary -- Someone broke into an apartment in the first block of Witherwood Court through a rear, sliding glass door over the weekend and stole a laptop computer and an empty beer keg.

White Marsh

Stolen vehicle -- A 1998 Mazda 626 with tags JJE 456 was stolen Sunday from a parking pad in the rear of a house in the 6100 block of St. Regis Road.

Burglary -- Someone entered the rear yard of a house in the 6000 block of Barstow Road and stole two motorized scooters Sunday. They were valued at $800.

Burglary -- Garden tools, cash and keys - all valued at $238 - were stolen Sunday from a house in the 8200 block of Philadelphia Road.

North Point

Robbery -- An 18-year-old was walking along Fait Ave. near 47th St. about 1 a.m. Sunday when two males, one with a handgun, robbed him of a cell phone, a Palm Pilot and $50.
