The photographs of Noah Kodeck and John H. Macsherry were misidentified in the Moving Up portion of Wednesday's Working section. They are correctly identified above.

Because of a production error, the crossword, Jumble and some comics scheduled for the today's Today section appeared in yesterday's editions. On page 6C, you'll find the Wednesday features (and the solutions to Tuesday's puzzles) that were omitted. Look for today's comics and puzzles on pages 5C and 7C.

A wire service report in Tuesday's Business section contained erroneous information about the number of smartphones equipped with Windows and PalmOS operating systems that were shipped in the second quarter of this year. The Associated Press, which filed the report and obtained correct information from the Gartner research firm, says the correct numbers are 560,000 Windows-equipped smartphones and 480,000 PalmOS-equipped smartphones.

An article in the Sept. 17 edition of the Sun incorrectly identified Margie Weeks as creative director of PaperDoll magazine. Weeks is creative director of Outloud, a local advertising agency. PaperDoll is the agency's client.
