After all, that's where John Waters has placed his. A film crew will take up residence today and tomorrow outside Waters' home in the Tuscany-Canterbury neighborhood to begin filming a new television series called - what else? - John Waters Presents Movies That Will Corrupt You.

The 13-episode series will begin airing in Baltimore and throughout the country in January on Here! one of American TV's two all-gay television networks. Each episode will be introduced by Waters, will be shot in a different room of his home and will feature what his publicists describe as his "informative, comedic and sometimes naughty musings."

While the films all feature heavy adult content, not all have gay themes.

"We're going to go one step further than a normal network," says Gabe Serrato, a spokesman for Fifteen Minutes, the network's Los Angeles-based public relations firm. "It's not porn, but it's definitely sexy and provocative."

By filming in Waters' home, producers also hope to give viewers an intimate look at the cult filmmaker behind the original Hairspray and Crybaby.
