Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City


Arrest -- Harvin Sandoval, 23, of the 6100 block of MacBeth Drive was arrested Friday in Norfolk, Va., on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the death of Blanca Jessenia Dubon, 15, of the 4700 block of Old York Road. The girl was found seated in a car that had crashed into a fence Sept. 12 in the 1700 block of Meridene Drive, bleeding from a slashed throat. Also charged in the girl's death and being sought is Oman Hernandez, 25, also of the MacBeth Drive address, the Warrant Apprehension Task Force said.


Victim identified -- Charles H. Duvall, 69, has been identified as the man found stabbed to death Wednesday in his home in the 4800 block of Liberty Heights Ave. A woman, whose name was not released, was found outside the house bleeding from multiple stab wounds and remains hospitalized. No arrest has been made in Duvall's death or the attack on the woman.


Shooting -- Two men were arguing in the 3300 block of E. Monument St. about 5 p.m. Sunday when one shot the other in a shoulder, back and right leg. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Baltimore County


Robbery -- A gunman robbed Royal Farms in the 7200 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 3 a.m. Sunday.


Robbery -- Police were seeking several men who stepped from a car in the 8000 block of Ridgetown Road about 11:20 p.m. Saturday and robbed a man, 21, of his wallet, cash and a cellular phone.


Burglary -- A laptop computer, video games and 50 DVD movies - all worth $2,700 - were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 1000 block of Fernglen Way.
