The Maryland Science Center announced the election of Dr. Nipon Das, Mark P. Huston, Glen R. McKim and Thomas J. Whiteford to posts on the Inner Harbor educational and tourist site's board of trustees.


MedImmune Inc., with headquarters in Gaithersburg, has appointed four new vice presidents: Kevin Rooney, oncology sales and marketing; Kevin McNelly, supply chain operations; James Miller, international business analysis and new products; and Mauricio Vargas-Cortes, project management.


Trammell Crow Co. said Whitney C. Miller joined the international commercial real estate services firm's Baltimore office as a marketing assistant.

NAI KLNB Management named Angela Moore as an accounting clerk for the Baltimore-based regional asset and property management company.

Manekin LLC named Mark Smith to its asset management staff as a building engineer for the Tower Federal Credit Union headquarters building and branch offices.


Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP elected Teri M. Guarnaccia as a partner in the Baltimore-based national law firm.

McCarter & English, a regional law firm, appointed its insurance coverage and environmental law partner, J. Wylie Donald, to its Baltimore offices from its New Jersey headquarters.

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP said James P. Gillece Jr. joined the Baltimore-based regional law firm as a member of the labor and employment law group.

Hilb, Rogaland Hobbs appointed Jeanette Feeley as a producer for the Baltimore-based international insurance brokerage's benefits division.


Benelogic LLC said Paul E. Terrill joined the sales force of the Timonium provider of online employee benefits administration as director of national sales.

Acme Paper & Supply Co. named Michael Fairchild as janitorial and sanitation equipment manager for the Savage-based regional supplier of janitorial, paper and food supply products and restaurant equipment.

VISICU Inc. appointed Vincent E. Estrada senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Baltimore provider of patient care safety programs.


Carton Donofrio Partners appointed Lee Gatchel to head the advertising firm's interactive media design group and Kara Kemahli was named interactive account executive.
