Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Shooting: An 18-year-old man was standing in the 1300 block of N. Milton Ave. about 4 p.m. Monday when an unknown gunman shot him in the upper right arm. The victim, whose name was not released, was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Theft: Police were seeking a man who fled with $200 worth of assorted clothing Monday from the Kiddie Town children's clothing store in the 2200 block of E. Monument St.

Theft: At least 50 compact discs were stolen Monday from a 2004 Kia Sedona van parked in the 2200 block of Aisquith St.

Northeastern District

Arrest: Curtis Brown, 25, was arrested about 10 a.m. yesterday in the 100 block of N. Calvert St. on a warrant charging him with first-degree assault and a handgun violation. Brown is accused of shooting a 15-year-old girl about 8 p.m. Monday near his home in the 1700 block of Montpelier St. Police said the girl, who was grazed on her leg, may not have been an intended target. She was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital's pediatric intensive care unit. Brown was jailed at the Central Booking and Intake Center.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A 23-year-old woman was talking on her cell phone in the 800 block of Wagner St. about 10:25 p.m. Monday when a man armed with a handgun demanded her money. The gunman fled with $80. Police believe the same gunman robbed a 39-year-old man of cash Aug. 10 in the 2200 block of E. Fairmount Ave. Anyone with information was asked to call the district's robbery squad detectives at 410-396- 2422.

Burglary: Someone broke into the Luigi Petti Restaurant in the 1000 block of Eastern Ave. through the front door between Sunday night and early Monday and removed an undisclosed sum of money from a bag under a counter.

Southern District

Burglary: Video games, 30 DVDs and several pieces of jewelry -- all valued at $1,000 -- were stolen Monday from the bedroom of a house in the 3500 block of Round Road by someone who entered the dwelling through the front door.

Burglary: Someone entered the living room of a house under renovation in the 3600 block of Brooklyn Ave. on Monday through a rear door and stole 30 gallons of white paint and a can of paint primer.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A Remington .30-caliber hunting rifle with a scope, and several rings -- all valued at $1,005 -- were stolen Monday from a house in the 3000 block of East Ave. by someone who entered through the front door.

Essex Precinct

Robbery: A deliveryman for Pizza Boli's in the 100 block of Back River Neck Road was about to deliver two sandwiches to the occupants of a house in the 1100 block of Tace Drive about 12:10 a.m. Monday when he was stopped by two men who said they had ordered the food. The men then struck the 29-year-old deliveryman and robbed him of the sandwiches and $50.

Armed robbery: Two men, one armed with a folding knife with a serrated blade, attacked a 24-year-old man in the 500 block of Carrollwood Road about 12:30 a.m. Monday and robbed him of $20. The victim was treated at Franklin Square Hospital for a cut on a hand.
