Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Robbery: A man armed with a knife entered Our Savior Lutheran Development Center in the 3300 block of The Alameda about 3:30 p.m. Friday and robbed a 58-year-old woman of her purse containing $131, a cell phone, a checkbook and keys. The man drove off in her green 1993 Toyota Camry, with Pennsylvania tags.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A 23-year-old man was walking in the 2300 block of Fleet St. about 2 a.m. Saturday when he was stopped by two men. He was beaten, kicked and robbed of a cell phone.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery/arrests: Two men were arrested Saturday night and charged with entering a home in the first block of Torque Way in Middle River a short time earlier and robbing a 40-year-old male occupant of $40. Charged with assault and robbery were James Karper, 42, of the 900 block of Renfrew St. and Ronald Bevans, 37, of the 900 block of Garden Drive.

Franklin Precinct

Robbery/arrests: Four males were charged with robbery, theft and assault of a 50-year-old woman and a 17-year-old male in the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road on Friday afternoon. About 3:30 p.m., robbers forced their way into the victims' apartment and took $80 and a cell phone. Arrested later and charged as adults were Hasaan Hart, 18, of the 5700 block of Johnnycake Road; Clifton Salaam, 20, of the 3600 block of Latham Road; Papo Cruz-Diaz, 17, of the 3500 block of Keston Road; and Xavier Mann, 17, whose address was not available.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: A deliveryman for China King Restaurant on Cranbrook Road was taking a food order in the 400 block of Lake Vista Circle about 9 p.m. Saturday when two males, one armed with a knife, robbed him of $150.
