On September 8, 2005, CECILIA E. SHAFFER, nee Robinson, beloved wife of Earl F. Shaffer, loving mother of Michael, Earl, Linda and Cecilia "Cissy", cherished "Mom Mom" of 12 grandchildren and10 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Howard Robinson. Also survived by many loving family members and friends.
