Frederick 7, Lynchburg 5: The visiting Keys will play for the Mills Cup for the first time since 1990 after sweeping the Hillcats, two games to none. Frederick had 15 hits, led by Nolan Reimold, who went 2-for-5 with two doubles and two RBIs. Gera Alvarez went 3-for-4 with two runs. Branden Florence drove in two runs.

Single-A New York-Penn League

Aberdeen 8, Hudson Valley 2: Winner Ryan Schwabe (2-6) went two innings and gave up one hit as the visiting IronBirds (27-48) beat the Renegades (31-43) to close the season.
