Washington Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington declared himself at full strength for Sunday's regular-season opener at FedEx Field against the Chicago Bears.

"Yes, I'm 100 percent healthy," said Arrington, who has recovered from two operations on his right knee over the past year.

Arrington played in the final two preseason games with the second unit and is listed second on the depth chart behind Warrick Holdman at the weakside linebacker position.

In other injury news, linebacker Chris Clemons (hamstring) and safety Ryan Clark (knee) did not practice yesterday. Clemons is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game, while Clark (knee) and wide receiver Taylor Jacobs (knee) are questionable.

RAIDERS: A Miami judge ordered former Oakland center Barret Robbins jailed for at least two weeks because he possessed marijuana while awaiting trial on attempted murder charges stemming from a brawl with police.
