Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Shooting/arrest: A 22-year-old woman was shot with a BB gun about 5 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of N. Monroe St. by a man who fled. By the time police arrived, the victim had gone into a house and retrieved a slapjack (which is similar to a blackjack), an act which prompted her arrest. Katrina Coleman, 22, of the 2000 block of Kelmore Road in Inverness, Baltimore County, was charged with possession of a deadly weapon.

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 2000 block of Presstman St. through a window Tuesday and stole a broken computer valued at $250.

Southwestern District

Assault/arrest: Brandy East was carrying her year-old daughter, Khyla James, while arguing with a neighbor outside their homes in the 3000 block of Frederick Ave. about 10 a.m. Tuesday when the other woman threw a liquid cleaning solution on them. Mother and daughter were treated at St. Agnes HealthCare for minor injuries. Jeanette Johnson, 47, was arrested and charged with assault.

Southern District

Burglary: Two computers, jewelry, a watch, a 50-inch TV and a Rossi shotgun - all valued at $16,500 - were stolen between Aug. 28 and Monday from a house in the 1500 block of Covington St. by someone who entered through a rear door.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Stabbing: A teenage boy was arguing with at least one other youth about 8 p.m. Tuesday outside the Allyson Gardens Apartments in the 200 block of Pleasant Ridge Driving when he was stabbed in the upper body. The victim, whose name was not disclosed, was taken to the pediatric intensive care unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital with a wound not considered life-threatening. Anyone with information about the incident was urged to call the precinct at 410-887-6975.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A 20-year-old man was walking behind a house in the 5900 block of Franklin Ave. about 7 p.m. Tuesday when he was attacked by three men, one armed with a knife, one with a handgun and the third with a Taser. While the three were robbing the victim of his money, he was struck in the head, threatened with the knife and shocked three times on the legs with the Taser. The assailants fled with $545.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the Sins of Skin tattoo parlor in the 11400 block of Eastern Ave. between Saturday and Monday and stole an undisclosed sum of money.
