On June 27, 2005, WALLACE EDWIN of Monkton, MD, beloved husband of the late Elizabeth "Bibber" Sparks Dow. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 8 at 4 P.M. at St. James Episcopal Church, Monkton.
